Delete your IfYouKnow account

What happens next?

1. Send a request using your IfYouKnow account email. An optional username can help us identify the account.
2. Our team will contact the verified email registered to the account to confirm ownership and your request. If you cannot access that email, contact support so we can discuss verification.
3. After verification, our team will handle deletion and confirm the outcome. Submitting this form does not immediately delete or sign you out of your account.

Associated personal data

The request covers your account and associated personal data, including profile details, reviews, favourites, follows, connected social-account information, notification registrations and saved notification location. We will also review personal information in venue claims and collaborations.

Public venue listings and other people's independent records may remain after your personal association is removed. Deleting your IfYouKnow account does not delete original posts on TikTok or other social platforms.

If information needs to be retained for a legal obligation, security or a dispute, we will explain what is retained and why when handling your request. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Requesting or completing account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription or issue a refund. To stop renewal, manage your Google Play subscriptions using the Google account that purchased the plan. You can submit a deletion request while a subscription is active; contact support if you need help.
